In 1955 a pallet maker in mid Missouri was looking for a way to help his customers maximize the use of their warehouse space. The result was the pallet stacking frame and he named his company Tier-Rack Corporation. Now 57 years later, our original Tier-Rack Pallet Frame is still used widely throughout the world. The idea is a simple but effective way to create a portable stack rack that will let you stack your products 3 to 5 loads high. These stackable pallets or pallet shelving units are great for storing products that are crushable, or do not otherwise readily stack.
Basically the Tier-Rack Stacking Frame converts an ordinary pallet into a rack that can store your products, then be stacked vertically to utilize your valuable storage space. We have several warehouse rack designs to chose from whether it is a corner-post, or center-post stack rack, we can design and manufacture a pallet stacker for your specific pallet size. Please keep in mind that all pallets must be the same for our tier rack to work properly. Another great thing about the pallet stacking frames is that when they are not in use they can be broken down and require very little storage space.
